Our Classes

Front Cooking School are culinary experts specialising in Cookery and Patisserie.

Our Brisbane campus opened in March 2020 &  is located at 225 St Pauls Terrace,  Fortitude Valley, 4006. We have state of the art facilities including a 16 workstation kitchen, to replicate a commercial setting for our students.

Our Weekend Classes are designed to give you a tailered training, whether you are working in the industry, looking at retraining or a home cook looking to improve your skills for at home, we have you covered.

 

We will be providing all equipment for the classes, including aprons, piping kits, knives & anything else required. Please do bring a large plastic container to take home your tasty treats.

Please wear sensible non slip footwear as your safety is paramount to us.

Learn from our Michelin star trained chef how to make some patisserie favorites!

This morning course will cover 3 staples of the patisserie world that you can replicate at home! 

These dishes use 3 quite different patisserie techniques.

  • Chocolate Eclairs
  • Churros & chocolate dip

Who are our team?

Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge from the hospitality sector. Specialising in front of house operations. Andrew has worked for large scale food and beverage outlets including Crown Casinos. Andrew is our Campus Manager in Brisbane and oversees the smooth running of our operation.

Alex is the Senior Trainer of Hospitality at our Brisbane campus & brings a wealth of knowledge & experience across all sections in the kitchen. Alex trained as a chef in a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Paris & 1 Michelin star restaurant in Rome. Alex has worked for a number of restaurants across Australia and counts Julia Gillard and Jean Claude Van Damme as famous faces he's cooked for.
