9th & 10th July 2022
This 2 part class will see you make Sourdough, Croissants & Danish Pastries from scratch.
The class is spread over 2 sessions (Saturday & Sunday morning) to ensure the full process is complete.
The class will run from 9am until around 2pm.
Day 1 will consist of the preparation, making shaping and folding.
Day 2 will consist of the baking.
The full process includes:
- Making the dough
- Rolling & Folding
Both sessions are compulsory for this class & will be approximately 8 hours in duration overall.
Front Cooking School are culinary experts specialising in Cookery and Patisserie.
We have state of the art facilities at both our Melbourne and Brisbane kitchens to replicate a commercial setting for our students.
Our Short Courses are designed to give you tailered training, whether you are working in the industry, looking at retraining or a home cook looking to improve your skills, we have you covered.
We will be providing all equipment for the classes, including aprons, piping kits, knives & anything else required. Please do bring a large plastic container to take home your tasty treats.
